Low-Impact Interval Training

Interval training without the impact on your joints!  Training aids include exercise balls, small free weights, and body bars. 


Body Resistance

This class uses light weight and body weight resistance. Great for those wanting to continue on after PT, getting back into working out and want to prepare, or simply desire light overall body tone and muscle lengthening. We have modification benches and overall work out plans suited for your needs.  Work with easy listening music while seated and focusing on balance, core, and overall muscle movement and strengthening.

Aerobics
Burn off that work stress, get your heart pumping while grooving to the music and using flexible, solid weight bars and steps.

Zumba

Dance the stress and calories away!  A classic Zumba class.


Yoga

Breathe, stretch, tone with isometric Yoga poses, and center yourself.
